We are a family run business that have had holiday homes and rental properties on the Costa Del Sol for over 50 years. After initially struggling to build our own network of trusty and reliable cleaners, gardeners, handymen (and more!) we realised that there must be others facing the same challenges, and the idea for Anda Homes was born.

Because we’ve been there, we understand the difficulties you face when running holiday rentals or keeping your holiday home safe and secure from a distance, so we are here to help make life a little bit easier for you.

You can trust us to look after your home whilst you are away for longer periods, or provide you with the support needed to allow you to rent your property from abroad. Anda Homes looks after properties ranging from large villas and houses, to studio apartments.  We can cater to all budgets and requirements, offering both standardised packages and custom plans.
